NOVOSIBIRSK, RUSSIA – AUGUST 13, 2025 In building no. 94 on Kubovaya Street, a tragic event occurred when a man fell from his 9th-floor balcony. Unfortunately, he did not survive the fall.
According to witnesses, the man was behaving strangely. He shouted from the balcony and threw out his personal belongings. He then climbed over the railing, screamed “catch me,” and made bizarre movements. Both police officers and shocked bystanders shouted at him to stop and climb back, but their pleas were in vain. He lost his balance and plummeted, hitting the hard concrete and dying instantly.
The investigation revealed that he worked as a warehouse worker. He left behind a wife and two children, who were not at home that day. He had taken drugs, which led to his mental breakdown. The security guard of the apartment building stated that he had often seen him in a strange state and believed he was addicted to drugs.
