RUSSIA – OCTOBER 14, 2022 21-year-old man is charged with negligent homicide of two people. He was dangerously operating his vehicle under the strong influence of alcohol. He caused a traffic accident during which he fatally struck a 49-year-old cyclist. He then lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a ditch. During the crash, his 15-year-old female passenger and three other occupants, including a 17-year-old boy, suffered serious injuries. Unfortunately, the girl did not survive and died shortly after being taken to the hospital. The cyclist was dead at the scene.
