KRASNOTURYINSK, SVERDLOVSK REGION, RUSSIA – OCTOBER 9, 2025 On Metallurgov Street near house number 36, a tragic accident occurred. A 46-year-old garbage truck driver ran over an 89-year-old elderly woman while reversing. Doctors were immediately called to the scene, and the woman was transported to the hospital, from where bad news came two hours later: she died from her injuries.
The garbage truck driver underwent a breath test for blood alcohol, which came back negative. It was also found that during his 24 years of practice, he had been fined 11 times for minor traffic offenses.
