SÃO GONÇALO, BRAZIL – JULY 16, 2021 During one of their raids, the police eliminated a dangerous and highly wanted member of a drug cartel, Rayane Nazareth Cardozo da Silveira, who went by the nickname “Hello Kitty”. The woman was involved in the illegal drug trade and was one of the most wanted people in the Brazilian state of Rio de Janeiro. She was also allegedly linked to several murders in the area.
