TUNISIA – MARCH, 2019 Alleged spy, Tunisian citizen Mohammed Al-Khader Makhloufi, was captured by enemies from ISIS and brutally executed on camera. They slit his throat, and the video was used for propaganda purposes by their terrorist group ISIS in Libya.
