Video shows the process of scleral tattooing. Ink is injected under the sclera with a thin needle, where it spreads and colors the white of the eye in the desired shade, most often black or blue. This procedure is highly risky and is banned in many countries. Risks include infection or inflammation, eye damage, vision loss, light sensitivity, and long-term pain or discomfort.
