Fake delivery guy caught and punished for mugging

BRAZIL Young man came up with a cunning plan to mug people. He disguised himself as a delivery guy so he wouldn’t attract much attention and people would be less wary in his presence. When the right opportunity came, he would snatch handbags or phones from people’s hands. He was, however, caught and before the police arrived he got what is called a dose of street justice.
