Gangster finishes off his dying rival

BRAZIL Brazilian gangster videotaped himself finishing off his dying, shot rival. Maybe it’s a shot of certainty, maybe it awakened some humanity in him and he wanted to end his misery faster. Unfortunately, this is the daily reality of many (not only) Brazilian gangsters.
