Grounds maintenance worker fatally struck by speeding car

MAHARAJGANJ DISTRICT, UTTAR PRADESH, INDIA – DECEMBER 6, 2025 Speeding car struck a man who was pouring water on the road to settle the dust. The impact was so severe that the victim, identified as Abhishek Yadav, was thrown approximately 30 feet (9 meters) and died at the scene. The driver initially fled but was later arrested. The incident was captured on a security camera, and the video is rapidly spreading on social media. Police continue to investigate, and the victim’s body was handed over to his family after an autopsy.
