VIETNAM – AUGUST, 2025 Man in Vietnam, for unknown reasons, decided to end his life. In front of several shocked witnesses, he climbed over the railing of a bridge and threw himself into a swollen river. He has not been seen since. The search for his body is ongoing, and experts have stated that the chances of survival are extremely low.
If you ever find yourself witnessing a similar situation, under no circumstances should you jump into the river after the person. Even with the best intentions and confidence in your swimming skills, such behavior is extremely dangerous and would make the rescuers’ job much harder – turning a search for one person into a search for two.
