Guy walks with exposed guts from stab wound

NIGERIA Man got into a tough street fight, during which his opponent used a knife. He stabbed him in the abdominal area and fled the scene. He suffered a nasty-looking but fortunately non-life-threatening injury – his intestines protruded out of the stab wound. Witnesses transported him by motorcycle to the hospital for treatment.
