TIN SHUI WAI, HONG KONG – AUGUST 10, 2024 43-year-old woman named Liu stepped into the roadway at a pedestrian crossing so recklessly that the driver of a double-decker bus had no chance to react. He ran over her head, crushing it, causing the woman’s instant death.
