TEXAS, USA – MARCH, 2022 A dead woman, who has not been identified, was found dead on a ranch in Texas near the Mexican border. She is therefore considered by the police to be a migrant from Mexico. No personal documents were found on her, only a Samsung phone, 20 pesos and Mexican coins. The body was taken for an autopsy.
Temperatures at the time she was found were in excess of 30 degrees Celsius. So it is likely that she was suffering from the effects of the extreme weather she was exposed to for many hours when the smugglers dropped her off in the middle of the desert. Many migrants from Mexico die this way.
