BRAZIL Older man lost control of his motorcycle for unknown reasons and crashed. Although he was wearing a helmet, it was one size too big and loose on his head. When he fell off the motorcycle, the impact caused the helmet to shift and nearly tore off his entire nose, which remained hanging by the last bit of tissue. Still, it can be considered lucky that he survived.
