PLATEAU, NIGERIA The naked body of a young woman with her throat slit has been found on a dirt road in Nigeria’s Plateau State. Forensic examination revealed that she had been raped. But it happened in a different place. The killer dumped her dead on the road. According to one witness, she was seen with an unknown man at a nearby restaurant the previous evening.
