No mercy for the child kidnapper in Haiti

HAITI When local residents found out that their neighbor was suspected of kidnapping a child, they gave in to mob aggression and took justice into their own hands. They tied a rope around his neck and dragged him to an improvised execution site, where they burned him to death.
