Police officers shoot dead robbery suspect

HOUSTON, TAXAS, USA – AUGUST 10, 2025 Incident occurred at block 8800 on Aspen Drive, where a chase ended following a robbery in the Bellaire and Kirkwood area. When the robbery suspect could no longer continue fleeing from the police, officers gave him clear commands on what to do and how to behave. He ignored these commands, exited the vehicle, and began threatening the officers with a weapon. The police responded by opening fire. The suspect died before emergency services arrived.
