Police torture drug cartel member

MEXICO The Mexican police have resorted to rather drastic procedures when interrogating a member of a drug cartel. They torture him with water, pouring it into his mouth while his head is bowed, making it impossible for him to breathe. They also wrap his head with a wrap and shove it down a dirty toilet.
