Man is painfully punished by citizens who took justice into their own hands. They tied his limbs so he could not escape and cruelly whipped him. Although it is not known what crime he committed, it can be assumed that it was theft.
Street justice is unfortunately still a widespread practice in some parts of the world. Whether it stems from tradition or a failing state justice system, such behavior is always a crime. That should be kept in mind. No one has the right to physically punish another person, not even a thief. The best option is always to detain them and wait for the police to arrive.
