SOURE, PARÁ, BRAZIL – JUNE 10, 2025 Remains of a child were found in the yard of a small house on 5ª Rua, in the Novove neighborhood. A passerby made the discovery after noticing a child’s legs sticking out. The rest of the body was likely already eaten by vultures.
The remains
Police stated that a plastic bag was also found at the scene, suggesting the body may have been wrapped in it. The remains were transported to a forensic science center, where experts will work to determine the cause of death and attempt to identify the victim.
