HO CHI MINH CITY, VIETNAM – SEPTEMBER 22, 2025 Fatal workplace accident occurred during construction work on Xuan Hong Street. One of the laborers failed to follow safety regulations and moved in very close proximity to a rotating excavator. It literally cut off his head. The incident was captured on CCTV.
