SUDAN Video documents one of many war crimes currently taking place in Sudan. An RSF unit captured and executed a civilian in a brutal manner. Before the execution, they beat him so badly that he could not even stand, slashed him in the head with a machete, and set him on fire.
Since 2023, a civil war has been ongoing in Sudan between the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF). The fighting has severe impacts on civilians, including mass killings, sexual violence, destruction of hospitals, and localized famines. Both sides accuse each other of carrying out these attacks.
