CHINA Rescue workers were called to a case involving a suicidal jumper on the roof of an apartment building. He stood on the ledge, trying to gather the courage to carry out his desperate act. When the rescuers arrived, he finally committed to it and jumped. He landed just a short distance from them, but sadly, nothing could be done to save him.
