HAIL, SAUDI ARABIA, 2015 The video shows terrorist Saad Bin Radhi Al-Anzi (a member of the Daesh militant group) executing his own cousin who begs for his life. Bin Radhi was caught in a security operation in September 2015 and sentenced to death for several murders, including this one.
