TRUJILLO, PERU Fatal traffic accident occurred on Av 2 de Mayo in the Larco Herrera district. A woman of Venezuelan nationality, for reasons not yet clear, collided with a truck. She fell headfirst directly under its wheels, and the truck crushed her head. The properly worn helmet could not prevent the tragedy.
