VENEZUELA – DECEMBER 13, 2025 Brutal accident occurred on the Achaguas–San Fernando–Apure highway. A fast-moving car collided with a motorcycle carrying two men, brothers Luis Fernando and Luis Enrique Hernández Gil. Both died at the scene. One of them suffered the loss of an arm and a leg.
