Two men drowned while swimming drunk in lake

Sunny day by the water ended tragically for these two men. They went swimming while heavily intoxicated, which ultimately led to their drowning. By the time other people noticed them, it was already too late. They were pulled from the water dead.

Swimming under the influence of alcohol is extremely dangerous and causes many fatal accidents every year. An intoxicated person is less able to recognize danger, faces risks like hypothermia or loss of consciousness, and has a reduced survival instinct as well as impaired coordination and balance.
