Two young Cambodian women crushed by truck

KAMNAP VILLAGE, SAMRONG TONG DISTRICT, KAMPONG SPEU PROVINCE, CAMBODIA – JULY 12, 2025 Tragic crash on Route 41 involving a scooter and a truck claimed the lives of two young women riding the scooter. The truck crushed them both, inflicting fatal head injuries so severe that their brains were literally scattered across the asphalt. One victim was identified at the scene, though authorities have not released her name; she was 23 years old. The other woman remains unidentified, but officials estimate she was about 21.
