FEIRA DE SANTANA, BAHIA, BRAZIL – MARCH 14, 2025 37-year-old woman, Graziele Cruz Souza, was found dead. Her body was discovered on the roof of a building that serves as both a hotel and a business center on Avenida João Durval. According to the investigation by the Civil Police, no signs of foul play were found, and everything indicates that it was a suicide by jumping from the 30th floor of the building where she was staying.
Security cameras recorded that Graziele arrived at the hotel alone and requested a room on the highest floor. Before her death, she was seen walking on the balcony of her room. A man who was initially believed to have been staying with her was questioned but denied being with her, and his involvement in the incident was ruled out.
The case drew significant attention in Brazil, especially due to the circumstances and initial uncertainty about the possible involvement of another person. However, after a thorough investigation, police concluded that it was a suicide.
