Woman fell out of moving bus • GoreCenter

SÃO SEBASTIÃO, SÃO PAULO, BRAZIL – JANUARY 2, 2026 Woman identified as 26-year-old Renata Yassu Nakama, a mother of two, tragically died while riding a bus. She was outside the area designated for passengers and leaning on the bus window. When the driver went through a turn, the window frame failed and she fell out.

Renata hit her head hard during the fall and was hospitalized in critical condition. Unfortunately, she died from her injuries in the hospital three days later.

The victim’s family is currently pursuing legal action against the city council and the transport company. They are seeking financial compensation and support for her two children. While the transport company argues that she was traveling outside the passenger area, violating the transport rules, her family claims that the driver saw her and still did not intervene.
