SANTA TEREZINHA DE ITAIPU, BRAZIL – JULY 16, 2017 A woman’s body was found dead on PR 874 near the town of Santa Terezinha de Itaipu. She has been identified as 27 year old Janete Aparecida Ulbinski. A criminal expert found only a single stab wound to the victim’s neck. No further information is available.
