CARTAGENA, COLOMBIA 34-year-old woman, for reasons still unknown, decided to end her own life. She sat on the edge of her 18th-floor balcony in an apartment building. For about 15 minutes, she sat there gathering the courage for her desperate act, slowly shifting her weight toward certain death. Sadly, her story did not have a good ending.
