The attack was sudden and brutal – the shark bit her leg, causing serious injuries that affected muscles and tendons.
Jessica’s friends immediately intervened and helped her get to shore, where she received immediate first aid. A two-hour surgery followed, during which doctors stabilized her condition. Despite being a life-threatening injury, Jessica is reportedly recovering and is expected to fully regain mobility in her leg.
