Young man flogged for attacking his parents

BRAZIL Young man physically attacked his own mother and father during an argument. Unfortunately for him, the incident took place right on the street, where many witnesses saw it, and some even recorded him on video. When the incident reached a gang that controls the area, they did not leave it unpunished. They took him to a remote location and cruelly flogged him.

Gangs usually set their own rules in their territories and also enforce them. Punishments are often physical. The fact is that gangs do not deal with morality, even if they sometimes pretend to. Their goal is to maintain order and avoid attracting any attention.
