CASCAVEL ZOO, PARANÁ, BRAZIL – MAY 24, 2014 An 11-year-old boy went on a family trip to the zoo with his father and 3-year-old brother. The boy did not respect any zoo regulations and put his hands in the cage of the felines. In addition, he jumped around their cages and teased them. His father was still supporting him and videotaping him.
With just a moment of inattention, a tiger bit into the boy’s arm. Almost all of it was ripped off. The arm was left hanging by the last remnants of its skin. Doctors at the hospital could do nothing to save the arm and had to amputate it.
