DEODÁPOLIS, BRAZIL – FEBRUARY 13, 2024 The video shows the brutal execution of 17-year-old Bruno Ávalos. He was dragged by five men into the woods where his throat was cut. He allegedly committed the rape of a girl. One of the executioners was her father, 37-year-old Fabiano Alves Capelaxio.

But as it later turned out, Bruno did not commit any rape. He had a normal relationship with his daughter. Fabiano just didn’t like his daughter’s partner. So he created a rape rumor to incite his friends to commit a violent act.

All the men involved in the execution were caught by the police and convicted of murder. They are Ryan Lucas Teixeira Salustriano, 19; João Pedro Leoncio de Lima, 19; Rafael Kennedy da Silva Alves, 19; and Erik Henrique da Silva de Jesus, 21.
