INDIA – DECEMBER 25, 2018 Body of an 18-year-old girl was found in the morning hanging from a bamboo pole in front of the entrance to a house. Her feet were still touching the ground, which led some witnesses to believe that the scene may have been staged.
According to police, some signs consistent with hanging were observed on the body, including bleeding from the nose, a tongue injury, and urine-soaked clothing. Partial hanging, in which the body does not have to be completely off the ground, is possible.
No further information about her motive is available. Police never released the results of their investigation.
