Guy in Russia scalped by orthodox Muslim over his hair color

ELEKTROSTAL, RUSSIA Sight of a man with green-dyed hair angered an Orthodox Muslim. He saw himself as some kind of Sharia enforcer and felt compelled to act. He knocked the man to the ground and scalped his hair with a knife. In the end, he was stopped by passing pedestrians.
