MEXICO Amateur buggy races turned into a tragedy with a happy ending. One of the participating vehicles suddenly caught fire while people were nearby. Several of them were engulfed in flames, but thanks to the quick response of the organizers and the presence of fire extinguishers, the fire was put out in time, and they suffered only minor burns.
