SUDAN Members of the RSF (Rapid Support Forces) lynched one of the civilians suspected of cooperating with the government forces SAF (Sudanese Armed Forces). Once they had vented their anger on him enough, they executed him with several shots from an assault rifle.
Similar footage from Sudan reflects the extraordinary cruelty of the ongoing civil war, and such scenes have been appearing more often than ever before. The RSF has occupied key territories near the country’s borders and is carrying out purges in the conquered areas. The other side, however, is no better. Both commit war crimes, and the civilian population suffers.
