More shocking than the aftermath itself is the passive reaction of the people filming the video. In a case like this, it is absolutely necessary to begin immediate first aid. That includes calling emergency services and limiting the bleeding with a tourniquet. A sterile piece of cloth, such as part of a T‑shirt, can serve as an improvised tourniquet.
