CHINA 22-year-old Yuan Man took a job at Tianjin Guangming Semiconductor Co., Ltd’s LED factory to help support her family. On the fateful day, she had to go to the bathroom, where she started vomiting blood, and her colleagues later found her dead there.
During the investigation, it was found that the girl worked in double 8-hour shifts, i.e. 16 hours a day. The company paid compensation to the family.
