SÃO LUÍS, MARANHÃO, BRAZIL – NOVEMBER 22, 2025 Incident occurred around 5 a.m. in the Forquilha area on Estrada de Ribamar road. A woman riding a motorcycle suddenly lost her balance and fell directly under a truck, which ran over her head. The weight of several tons literally pushed her brain out of her head, killing her instantly.
