Man being beaten to death on street

Man was attacked on the street directly under a security camera by another man. The intensity of the attack was so extreme that he had no chance to defend himself. The attacker continued punching him in the head even though the victim was already lying defenseless. He later died from his injuries. The motive is unknown.
