The victim was identified as 33-year-old Húdson Magalhães da Rocha, also known by the nickname “Betão da Borracharia.” It was revealed that he had been released from prison just 15 days earlier, after serving a six-month sentence for fraud. Revenge related to his criminal past is considered one of the most likely motives for his murder. The investigation is still ongoing.
Húdson owned a tire shop where he defrauded his customers. He would take money for tires that were never delivered. Dozens of people were affected.
