USA Loose dog, likely a pit bull mix, brutally attacked a random woman who was holding her child. It knocked both of them to the ground, where it tore at her leg for several dozen seconds. The attack was stopped only when the dog’s owner intervened and managed to pull it away. The shocking incident was captured by a security camera.
Cases like this should be a clear warning to dog owners to keep their animals properly secured, because even pets seen as harmless can react unpredictably, and ultimate responsibility for such attacks always rests with the owner.
