UKRAINE Harsh footage recorded by a drone operator shows the reality of the war in Ukraine. A stray dog was caught chewing on the corpse of a Russian soldier who fell in combat. Similar behavior in animals is natural and instinctive if the animal is hungry.
War does not only affect people, but often animals as well. Owners are forced to leave them behind at home during evacuations, or they wander away on their own when they are frightened by the loud sounds of explosions.
