SUDAN When the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) managed to detain a commander of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), they showed him no mercy. They executed him in the middle of a wasteland with a single shot to the head.
A bloody civil war is currently taking place in Sudan, where the SAF and RSF compete for power in the country. Both sides accuse each other of human rights violations, and both sides demonstrably violate them. Mass killings of civilians and ethnic cleansing of the population are occurring in Sudan.
