RUSSIA, SEPTEMBER 2022 Due to the ongoing war in Ukraine, Russian President Vladimir Putin decided on September 21, 2022 to mobilize 300,000 people into the army (unofficially up to 1 million). These “clever” Russian youths have devised a way to avoid the military.
