Cold-bloodedly murdered by former gay partner

LUCENA CITY, QUEZON, PHILIPPINES – MARCH 5, 2026 Philippine police are currently searching for Fattah Esmai Faisal, who is suspected of murdering his former partner Jayson Zoleta. The incident occurred in a clothing store in the Barangay Marketview area. Surveillance cameras captured both men browsing merchandise together until Faisal went outside for a weapon. He then returned and shot Zoleta in the back of the head. The footage also shows a man in a red shirt, likely the suspect’s father, whom Faisal instructed to close the store’s shutter to hide the body from the surroundings. The perpetrator fled the scene and is on the wanted list.
